Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of Compass of Integrity Healthcare Consultants, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Non-Medical Services

We provide non-medical home care only — including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, and respite care. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription services. Information on this website does not constitute medical advice.

In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

2. Engagement of Services

Services are provided pursuant to a separate written service agreement executed between the Company and the client or the client's authorized representative. That agreement controls the scope, schedule, rates, and termination terms of services.

3. 48-Hour Perfect Match Guarantee

If, within the first 48 hours of an assigned caregiver beginning service, you or your loved one do not feel an appropriate match, notify us via email only at nbastien@compassofintegrityhealthcareconsultantsllc.com. We will transition a new caregiver as soon as reasonably possible, and the first two days of care will not be billed. The guarantee applies once per client engagement and is subject to caregiver availability and the terms of the executed service agreement.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to engage services on behalf of yourself or the care recipient.

5. Acceptable Use of Website

• Do not use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Do not submit false information through our intake forms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Compass of Integrity Healthcare Consultants, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website. Liability with respect to care services is limited as provided in the executed service agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and caregivers from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
