Answers, before you even ask
The 48-Hour Perfect Match Guarantee
If, within the first 48 hours of an assigned caregiver beginning service, you or your loved one do not feel an appropriate match, notify us via email only. We will transition a new caregiver as soon as reasonably possible, and the first two days of care will not be billed. The guarantee applies once per client engagement and is subject to caregiver availability and the terms of the executed service agreement.
